SHIPPING
►Orders ship once a week, on Tuesdays. The cutoff for Tuesday shipment is Tuesday at noon, central time. Any orders processed after that are subject to ship the following week.
►Orders placed within the USA come with a tracking number. First Class Domestic shipments usually arrive within 3-8 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery date with First Class Domestic. I offer a Priority Mail Domestic shipping upgrade, which has an estimated delivery window of 1-3 days after item is postmarked. The order will STILL ship on the following Tuesday ship day, it will just deliver faster as it is prioritized by the postal service.
►I ship internationally. First Class International shipping does not include a tracking number. Estimated delivery is 10-21 business days depending on customs, your location, and the weather. USPS does not guarantee a delivery date with First Class International.
►I am happy to combine shipping on website orders and feed sale orders, so that you only pay shipping once. If you have already paid for shipping on your invoice, and it has not yet shipped, you can use the code COMBINESHIP on the website at checkout. If you haven't yet claimed items from my feed but plan to, please pay shipping on your website order, and then I will waive shipping on your invoice. If you are a new customer, just go ahead and send me a DM on Instagram so that I know to waive shipping on your invoice. This is not a "free shipping" code so please only use it if you have already paid shipping on your order - if the code is used erroneously, I will issue an invoice to your email for the balance due, before I will ship the order.

SHIPPING: IMPORTANT!!
►Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Do not DM me your address on Instagram. I print my labels with PayPal and will not manually change the address when the time comes to ship. PayPal buyer and seller protections are only valid if I ship to the address that you check out with.
►STONEHOARDER is not responsible for incorrect addresses resulting in delivery to wrong address. If your package is returned to STONEHOARDER after a failed delivery attempt, I will issue an invoice for shipping cost and then re-ship once payment is received.
►If you have had mail stolen at your address in the past, please ask about adding Signature Confirmation to your order. It is only a couple dollars extra. You or another adult at your address will need to provide signature in order for carrier release. If no one is available they leave a pickup slip. Another option is having your orders shipped to another more secure address (employer, family, friend, etc.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
►All sales are final.
►Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty. In the event that any items arrive damaged or faulty, STONEHOARDER should be notified within 72 hours of delivery. In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for mailing items back to STONEHOARDER. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyer must take return to post office and get a receipt in order to get a tracking number as proof of return. STONEHOARDER is not responsible for untrackable returns that are lost in the mail. Refund will be issued once return merchandise is received.
►We do not give refunds for stones that are damaged as a result of mishandling or in the process of setting or any period afterward. There are too many circumstances of misuse that ultimately fall under jeweler's responsibility.

INSTAGRAM SALES: HOW IT WORKS
►I frequently post items for sale to my instagram feed, @stonehoarder
►I typically post on Wednesday nights at 7pm CST.
►I have an available hashtag, #shoarderavailable on Instagram where I compile all of the leftover items from live sales. You can view this in the app, or view it in the browser here:
►The way that it works: to claim an item in my Instagram feed, comment ME, MINE, SOLD, etc. in the comments section of a post. If there are multiple numbered items in a post, comment the number of the item to claim it. The first person to claim the item gets it.
►If you wish to claim multiple items in a numbered lot, you must claim each separate number in its own separate comment. No “12345” or “all” - put each number in its own comment. This makes it easier for me to confirm claims, it makes it easier for other shoppers to see what is still available, and levels the playing field a bit when a lot of people are shopping at once. It gives everyone a better chance of snagging at least one item.
►Within 1-2 days of a feed sale, I will issue an invoice. Please look over the details of your invoice and make sure everything looks correct. Let me know if something is missing, or if you find an error, and do not pay if you find an error, until I have a chance to update the invoice and correct the error. If everything looks good, go ahead and pay.
►I am happy to combine shipping on website orders and feed sale orders, so that you only pay shipping once. INSTAGRAM SALES: TERMS OF SERVICE
►I do not do payment plans, partial payments, and I do not hold items without payment.
►Prices on website items and feed sale items are non-negotiable. We do not offer discounts (unless advertised) or accept best offers.
►Once you claim an item, you have committed to purchasing that item. Deleting claims is not allowed. Picking and choosing from already claimed items after the fact is not allowed. It is all or nothing, and backing out of claim commitments is grounds for being banned from future sales.
►Invoices are due within three calendar days of being posted. Past due invoices will be cancelled. We reserved the right to refuse service and terminate business relationship with anyone who does not comply with this policy.

INSTAGRAM SALES: HOLD SHIP
►I offer a "Hold Ship" which allows you to build a stone stash across multiple sales and only pay shipping once. It is a pay as you go system. Let's say you shop a sale one week, but want to buy more in the next week’s sale without paying shipping twice. The 72 hour payment policy still applies to all invoices, but you will be given a free shipping code to apply to each consecutive order that you wish to hold. To initiate a ship hold, DM me to "Hold Ship." I will refrain from shipping your parcel hold until you DM me later to "Release Hold."
►If you already paid shipping on an existing held order, we have a combine shipping code for you to use at checkout on the website to void your shipping cost. This is NOT a free shipping code, and only to be used if you have already paid shipping on a prior website order or feed sale order which has not yet shipping. If the code is used erroneously (on an order which does not have a currently held order to combine it with) then I will need to send an invoice for the due shipping balance.
